Writing introduction posts, as it turns out, is very awkward. Hello, everyone! My name is Dylan Noah. I originally created this account specifically to write fills to kink memes here on Dreamwidth, but after the Tumblr NSFW ban incoming, I decided to set up my journal officially and begin using it as a platform to blog, talk about fandom things, and crosspost my fanfic from AO3.
I'm 23 years old, identify as nonbinary and gay, and use he/him pronouns exclusively. I suffer from mental illness issues but have been taking very good care of myself. I am an Aquarius, and I love villainous characters and furries. I talk primarily about fandom-centric topics and my current favorite fandom is Bleach. I will tag spoilers as needed and put them under cuts to be as helpful as possible. You might see liveblogs from me in the future.
This post is going to serve as the hub to keep all of my fanfiction posted to this account. I am going to keep a running list of masterlist posts here so that if you want to read a specific fandom, you need nearly click on the fandom name and it will take you the masterlist for that fandom. Please be patient with me in terms of making sure everything is prepared and set up! It's going to take a little bit of time.

Those Zanpakuto Tho
Dec. 24th, 2018 02:01 amI should preface this by saying that I skipped every other Bleach filler arc on purpose because I wanted to watch the canon material. When I started Bleach, it was for the sole purpose of meeting Kuchiki Byakuya before the live action film because I was impatient to meet him. That was a wild ride because we went from not knowing when the live action film would become available to American viewers to finding out that it was dropping on Netflix. So, Byakuya. I was like, I don't really care about Bleach. I never watched it when I was younger and I had no real interest in it, I just wanted to meet the character Miyavi would be playing. So I chose to skip the filler, because then I'd be left with the canon material.
But everyone told me I should not skip the Zanpakuto Rebellion. I was kind of already debating going through with it because I was told Byakuya has an amazing fight with Kouga, and then I saw Muramasa and was like, well I can't skip this arc with this perfect goth boyfriend right here in front of me. But WOW I did not expect this arc to be so interesting.
I mean the fucking. Okay, just to get it out of the way. The designs. The giant boobs on several of the Zanpakuto is just. Well. Listen. I know it's anime but for the love of God I wish I didn't have to keep going through this with this show.
But these DESIGNS. Muramasa is beautiful and unique, I love his design so much. It's so engaging. He's so elegant and princely looking and his fingernails are so cool and creepy, and I adore his voice so much. His aesthetic is fantastic. His release command is... Well. Wow. He's not the only one, though. I know I saw a shitload of people complaining about this, but I LOVE Zabimaru. Especially Saru. We stan Dommes. She's so pretty, her face is so interesting and cute and I love her hair. Her personality is fantastic. Everything about her is so good, I adore her so much. I want to WRITE about her. I know everyone mostly cares about Shirosaki and Senbonzakura when it comes to Zanpakuto spirits, but Saru is just too damned cool and the way she talks down to Renji is so good and engaging. I love her.
I know a lot of people hated Hyorinmaru too but how does it feel to be wrong? He's GORGEOUS, what a babe. Look I am so into this show based on its aesthetic value because that's its best value by far. Bleach... Has a billion flaws but a lot of its aesthetics and color choices are so engaging that it's impossible not to be interested in them just a little bit. It's really nice to get to see the spirits and I'm glad they're here. I wish they were canon but fuck it, I can write for filler material too. Why not?
It's really funny to see the narrative focusing on Old Man Zangetsu as the Zanpakuto for Ichigo since later canon made this complete bullshit but you know.

Dec. 9th, 2018 02:42 amI feel like writing a journal entry about Nnoitra Gilga is the fastest way to convince people I have the absolute worst taste of all time and lack basic common sense considering Nnoitra really is The Worst but you know, I just can't help myself when it comes to rat bastards like this one.
Instead of going through all the reasons why I shouldn't like Nnoitra, I'm just gonna talk about him in general.
I've been on his arc for a while now. Watching Bleach in bursts is the only way I can get through it since the writing leaves... Some things to be desired but we all know that. The anime was cancelled because the manga was so bad and bleeding money so much which is next level, but I digress. When I stopped watching last, it was time for the big confrontation between Kenpachi and Nnoitra.
I am living for this battle between them. Kenpachi became one of my favorite characters when I finally got to him in Bleach and I really loved how he lived for battle and that fighting really got him going and having stronger and stronger opponents to defeat was what he enjoyed the most. He even dampens his own reiatsu to make sure he can enjoy the battle since his reiatsu is so powerful that most beings simply cannot stand up to him in the long-run. Ichigo had a lot of trouble until he and Zangetsu started to get to know each other, after all. So the fact Kenpachi is going to be the one who comes up against Nnoitra is just perfect.
Nnoitra also lives for battle. He isn't super honorable about it and he isn't afraid to attack his opponents when they're down or to sneak up on weakened people and kill them, but he just loves to fucking Fight. He wants to find someone powerful enough to finish him off in battle and Kenpachi is the perfect person for this, and I just love that they're getting to interact with each other.
Nnoitra's design is pretty fucking awful and his proportions are all over the place. The fact Bleach used to make money astounds me because his height never seems to be correct from one scene to the next, but his general style is something I love. I love his weird awful snake face, I love his super long hair, I love that his Espada number is on his disgusting tongue. I love that his Hollow hole goes through his head and one of his eyes is missing as a result of it, and I love how the eye he has left, the iris is very small but a soft violet color. His clothing is so stupid though, like, the spoon hat? The curly-toed boots? Hate them. Stop doing this to him. Also I love his very skinny arms with their jingly bangles. It makes me stupidly happy that he likes to wear jewelry like that.
The UST between him and Kenpachi is so real. Generally speaking, the reason I even started to allow Nnoitra to grow on me is because he has Tesla. The dynamic between him and Tesla is so interesting. Nnoitra strikes me as someone who kills everyone who annoys him no matter what so you would think he would have offed Tesla a long time ago for being so up his ass about everything. Like the smallest thing could bother Nnoitra and Tesla would be there to destroy it, and Nnoitra fucking hates that so much. But he lets Tesla be. And I love how Tesla is so loyal to him, that he follows his orders, that he cares so much about his health and safety.
But I'm sitting here looking at Nnoitra's resurrection right now and losing my goddamn mind over this design. I kind of fucking love it. This is terrible. This is so ugly it's charming. His horns are so fucking neat, I love that they're uneven. I love that he has creepy bone arms and clicky fingers and that these giant scythes come out of his wrists for some reason. I love the golden marking on his face and the way his Hollow hole expands and connects to his horns. He looks so cool and I ADORE the music playing, this dramatic feminine vocalizing that makes everything feel like so much more than it is. This is truly dramatic and enticing battle.
Liking Nnoitra makes me the biggest hypocrite of all time but holy shit, you guys. This piece of shit is MY piece of shit.

Dec. 7th, 2018 08:06 am Work was weird last night. We had a lot to do. Working in retail is very odd because you have periods of down time where no one is spending much money and while the work is there and you have it to do, you can kind of relax throughout the night because you have enough people, enough hours, and not too large of a truck to try to stock. But during the holidays it's like do you want ten skids of toys? Do you fucking want ten skids of toys? Well you got 'em. Only seven of the ten skids don't actually go out on the floor because everyone is ordering way too much stock.
But I digress.
I'm going to start cross-posting from AO3 today and I'm going to try out making a sticky post as like a basic introduction of myself as a person/writer and to use it as a mass entry for links to stories. I'll probably sort it by fandom for ease of use OR maybe what I can actually do is make a sticky post and just put in links to other entries that can serve as collections. Like a post of just Bleach, and a post of just BSD, and BNHA, and so on and so forth. I'm going to get this figured out don't worry. It's not been THAT long since I ran a journal like this one. It's just that I didn't have to think about it as much then as I do now because I have weird problems like WANTING TO BE ORGANIZED and such.

It's been a million years since I've seriously used a platform like this one, like maybe back in high school? When I ran a LiveJournal community. So I am struggling so unbelievably hard trying to figure out how to set stuff up on here right now. Why does Tumblr have to do this to me?

Dec. 6th, 2018 09:19 am The last time I ever used a website like this one was back when I ran a LiveJournal community and while I'm like half-sure I've got everything figured out as needed, I honest to God have no real idea of what I'm doing. It's just been too long. It's been almost a decade because I was out of LiveJournal a long time before the Russians ended up taking it over and making it an unsafe haven of hell for all people involved. So this is weird. My journal looks okay and I can read everything on it well enough that I think everyone else should be able to read it fine.
This is mostly just going to be where I cry about Bleach and post a lot of fanfic. It's cross-posted from AO3 always so at least it's backed up in two places that aren't just Google Drive now.

When Abarai Renji was woken when the sun was barely above the horizon line, it took all of his self-control not to snap at his husband and demand to know why he had to be awake so early. Early mornings are a constant when it comes to Kuchiki Byakuya; he likes being up with the sun and is usually prepared for the day when others are still in their last two hours of sleep for the morning. Renji hoped beyond hope in the beginning that he would be able to get away with sleeping in despite Byakuya’s desire to be awake early, but no such luck. Being up early gave him a chance to share more time with Byakuya and he’s a sap who can’t help himself.
Byakuya ushers him into washing up for the day, already cleaned with his hair wrapped in a towel to soak up the excess moisture. If Byakuya was a normal person and only wore a towel after washing, Renji might get a flash of thigh or accidentally dislodge the towel from Byakuya’s waist. But of course he has a robe, firmly tied, and Renji doesn’t have it in him to fumble with one of the knots tied by Byakuya’s expert fingers. He knows he’d lose.
